ASSOCIATE MINISTER
With the growth of the church and our vision to support and resource our local area we are looking to expand our senior leadership team for this new role of Associate Minister. This key role will ensure stability and strength within the life of the church in order for growth and mission to continue. The associate will oversee and develop existing discipleship and pastoral care structures across both churches, and will play their part in the ongoing contribution to the Deanery and Diocese.
This six-year funded role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mission and ministry in Totton, and we can’t wait to hear from you!
