OPERATIONS MANAGER- MATERNITY COVER

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team at St Wins Church Totton & St Anne’s Calmore. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) fixed term role is vital in helping us live out our vision of seeing lives transformed, freedom found, and hope restored in the name of Jesus.

As Operations Manager, you’ll provide strong leadership across systems, events, finances, resources, and teams—creating the structure and support that enables our ministries and pastoral work to flourish. Alongside this, you’ll bring expertise in finance, HR, and governance, while fostering a culture that reflects our values.
