GEORGIA HART

The Pillar Project Lead and Registered Mental Health Nurse

God gave Georgia the vision for The Pillar in 2020.  Georgia has always lived in Totton, is familiar with the local area and went to both Testwood Secondary School and Totton College. During her time in education, she struggled with her own mental health and became aware of the lack of public services to support young people in the Totton area. 

Georgia became a Registered Mental Health Nurse in September 2019 and a Christian in January 2020. She had 3 years experience working as an NHS Community Mental Health Nurse in the Totton community, before leaving to join St Wins Church full-time as a the Community Youth Pastor. She now leads The Pillar project full-time.

TORI REID

The Pillar Project Co-Lead and Registered General Nurse

Tori Wills is a Registered General Nurse. She qualified in 2011 and has spent most of her career working in Emergency and Critical Care. She worked as a Senior Sister within the NHS and moved to work as Co-Lead for The Pillar project in 2023. She originally came to St Wins Church as a youth and returned when she moved back to Totton in 2021. She has over five years’ experience in clinical leadership, operations management and team leading. She is passionate about the provision of mental health services and ensuring every young person can access help whenever they need it.

KRISTINA HOLLMAN

The Pillar Project Coordinator

Kristina Hollman has a wealth of support and administration experience both in schools and residential homes. She has been a member of St Wins Church since 2021 and joined The Pillar at the beginning of 2024. She is passionate about young people having access to mental health support and  making sure they have somewhere where they can belong and be listened to.

JENNI BOULTER

The Pillar Project Lead | Lordshill

Jenni Boulter has over 14 years’ experience in Youth Work and a degree in Psychology. She has managed a large youth charity which included coordinating mentoring programmes, youth clubs, projects, courses and a range of interventions for disengaged young people. She is passionate about connecting with young people facing challenges and about making youth provision fun, accessible and life-changing. She also serves on the leadership team of Lord’s Hill church and lives in Lord’s Hill with her family.

ALI HILL

St. Wins Rector / Senior Leader

Ali has over 20 years of church planting experience and is the Rector of St Wins, Totton. Before ordination, Ali was a teacher for over 15 years in London, Wiltshire and Hampshire. She was a Senior Manager in several schools and a Special Needs Coordinator. As the Rector of St Wins she has oversight of The Pillar project.

DAN PITT

St. Wins congregation member & PCC

Daniel is a father of 4 (2 teenagers) with 14 years’ experience of fostering in both the private and local authority sectors. He is currently Principal and Responsible Individual for a school and 10 homes for children with Autism and learning difficulties. He has twenty years’ experience in training and education, with 17 years’ education leadership experience. He has over 7 years' commercial leadership experience in sales, retail, start-ups, regional operations turning over £29MM/year.

GINA GARDNER

St. Wins congregation member & CBT Therapist in Hampshire IAPT NHS Service

Gina is a qualified High Intensity Therapist and Occupational Therapist currently working within a local NHS Talking Therapies Service. She practices Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy and has many years experience working with mental health patients. She is also currently training in other therapies. She has experience working with adults, teenagers and children.

DR. NATASHA DUKE

St. Wins congregation member & Registered General Nurse

Dr. Natasha Duke is a Senior Nurse, who has published in the field of spirituality and clinical care, and guest lectures at universities on this subject. She works in the NHS for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and sits on the Nursing & Midwifery Council Fitness to Practice hearing board. She is also a company director.

LUCY JONES

St. Wins congregation member & NHS Risk Manager 

Lucy Jones is a Risk Manager for Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust within governance. Lucy is also a Trauma Risk Management Practitioner supporting colleagues experiencing traumatic incidents and has trained as a Counsellor to level 3, so is very enthusiastic about mental well-being and is keen to support The Pillar project in an advisory capacity.

Our Communications lead is responsible for creating all of promotional, social and informational material in line with out vision, cultures and values

POCKET LEADS

Our Pocket Leads are volunteers who commit to attending The Pillar Space every week. They have allocated young people who they are responsible for checking-in with and supporting.

Our Cafe Leads are the people who are responsible for making us all the yummy snacks at The Pillar. From toasties to milkshakes, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

SPACE HOPPERS

Our Space Hoppers are volunteers who come to The Space at least once a month. You may see them playing games, or you might catch them in the cafe. They do a bit of everything and ‘hop about’!
